Exploratory analysis of dengue outbreaks in Taiwan
The project explores the spatial and temporal patterns of dengue incidence in Taiwan during 2012–2024. The daily dengue statistics are publicly available from the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control open data platform . This project was a part of my Master’s thesis titled “A spatio-temporal study of climatic effects on dengue outbreaks in Taiwan”. The code is available on my GitHub .
